This is how I work

Good software does not happen by accident. I work in short, transparent steps in which you always know where we stand, what is done and what is still to come. No thick reports, just working intermediate results you can click through yourself.

// The journey

Five steps to go-live

From first conversation to a platform that runs and keeps running.

01

Exploration

I dive into your organisation, process or community. What is the real problem? Only once that is sharp do we talk about technology. Sometimes the answer is simpler than you thought.

02

Blueprint

Architecture, data model and planning on paper. Which technology, which integrations, which risks. Like any good flight through an asteroid field: the route first, then the throttle.

03

Build

Short iterations with working intermediate results. You watch live as the platform takes shape and steer where needed. No surprises at the end.

04

Launch

Tested, checked and with a fallback plan. A launch should be boring: everything has been rehearsed once before the real users come in. No 88 mph needed, just a calm deploy.

05

Further development

After go-live it only begins. Monitoring, updates, security patches and new features based on real usage. I stay available, even when the platform has been running for years.

We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done.

An exploratory conversation costs nothing and always delivers something: at the very least honest advice about the best route.
